Fraud litigation executive/solicitor

What will you be doing?

Our Fraud team disrupt fraudsters and stop them in their tracks, using the latest tools and technology not only to identify and fight fraud, but to reduce the cost of fighting it and, crucially, to help prevent it in the first place.

In this role you will handle a case load of predominantly hourly‑rate, litigated, non‑DA complex Fraud files within our case management system. This includes running your own case load of complex motor fraud matters, ensuring clients are confident that their legal affairs are handled professionally and ensuring efficient operation of the team.

You will have the opportunity to carry out Advocacy on applications and Case Management Conferences as and when required.


What do I need?

We look for:

* Previous experience within a similar role handling a full and varied case load; preferably Defendant and/or counter‑fraud insurance sector.
* Enthusiastic and self‑motivated attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed targets, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong work ethic, committed team player, willingness to engage in public speaking.
* A recent law graduate, non‑qualified claims handler, or proficient Paralegal with experience of personal injury litigation is acceptable.


Progression

We support growth through management, operational and technical specialist paths. High performers can be promoted into management and operational positions and further develop as technical specialists.
