Job Description
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Twickenham, who are recruiting for a Compliance Manager (Electrical & Lifts) on a permanent basis. The position is due to start immediately, and offers a competitive salary of up to £56,583 per annum.
This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week, Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm).
The ideal candidate will have experience successfully managing compliance risk in social housing and a comprehensive up to date knowledge of Electrical and lifting legislation and regulatory requirements, including basic lift safety.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Be the named responsible person for your service areas, making sure we remain compliant and meet our regulatory and legislative responsibilities
2. Manage external consultants, contractors, and specialists, making sure work is delivered in budget and on time
3. Escalate, investigate, and resolve examples of non-compliance, working collaboratively across the business and with external teams
4. Analyse feedback to make sure work is carried out in accordance with agreed service standards, legislation, and contract documents
