In this role, you'll work closely with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver impactful speech therapy services throughout the school year.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Assisting the Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student.
* Providing direct therapy to students across a diverse K-12 caseload.
* Monitoring and documenting student progress to ensure effective outcomes.
* Collaborating with educators and families to support and achieve student communication goals.
* Participating in team meetings and engaging in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
What We’re Looking For:
* Active Mississippi SLPA licensure is required.
* Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is preferred.
* Strong communication and organizational skills to foster effective collaboration.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
