Managing construction admin including filing, uniform records, and claims. Coordinating site resources such as stationery, PPE, and signage. Maintaining and updating databases, including Sitestream. Producing reports and information packs. Assisting other secretaries and reception as needed. Attending meetings and ensuring accurate documentation. Upholding company policies and contributing to a flexible, team-oriented environment. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in an administration role (ideally within the construction industry) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organised with the ability to manage your own time effectively, meeting any deadlines set Computer literate with proficiency in Excel, Word & database packages Ability to work well under pressure Excellent stakeholder engagement skills as you will be supporting the construction department at varying seniority levels High levels of accuracy with good attention to detail About Bloor Homes: We built our first house in 1969.
