You’ll be based on the client floor, delivering a seamless 5-star experience to HNWIs, investors and VIPs, working on a dual reception alongside a highly regarded Office Coordinator of 4 years, a true reflection of this firm’s exceptional culture and retention.
The role:
* Be the ultimate ambassador: warm, polished and effortlessly professional
* Manage 9 meeting rooms via Outlook and Teams switchboard
* Run a flawless, light-filled marble reception space
* Coordinate meetings, events & town halls
* Set up/clear rooms, manage pantry & stationery
* Support a high-performing, collaborative team
You:
* 5–7 years’ experience with luxury brand / couture fashion retail or 5-star hotel background, combined with recent, long-tenure corporate investment reception experience
* Degree educated, highly groomed, quick-thinking and intelligent
* European languages are a strong advantage
* Calm under pressure with natural gravitas and warmth
* Seeking a long-term “forever” role in investment
