The role supports the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services and responds to employee and manager payroll queries. Key Responsibilities Download payroll-related documentation from the Earnie payroll system Upload P60s and maintain payroll records within Workday HRIS Respond promptly to payroll queries from employees and managers Support payroll processing activities during peak periods Monitor shared payroll inboxes and escalate queries where appropriate Maintain and update employee payroll information in Workday Provide administrative support to payroll projects as required Skills & Experience Previous administrative or payroll support experience desirable Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable working with HR or payroll systems Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, responsive, and team-oriented Here at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group’s success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool.
