Location: Just on the outskirts of the beautiful market town, Boston. Friendly, freshly decorated local pub that attracts customers through freshly cooked food and local ingredients.

Are you a passionate chef who takes pride in creating exceptional food from fresh ingredients? We are seeking a talented Live-In Chef to join our team and deliver delicious, high-quality dishes made entirely from scratch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who loves working with fresh produce, seasonal ingredients, and traditional cooking methods while having the freedom to showcase creativity and flair in the kitchen.

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Create seasonal menus and daily specials
• Produce sauces, stocks, soups, desserts from scratch
• Ensure all food is presented to a consistently high standard
• Manage food ordering, stock levels and supplier relationships
• Monitor food costs and minimise waste
• Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Cater for dietary requirements and special requests
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and operating efficiently

• Previous experience as a Chef, Sous Chef or Head Chef
• A genuine passion for cooking from scratch
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene regulations and HACCP procedures
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy kitchen
• Creative approach to menu planning and food presentation
• Reliable, flexible and committed to delivering outstanding food
