You'll be working on…
Shaping the way we grow and perform as a business. You'll partner with the Head of Learning & Performance to deliver a forward-thinking L&D strategy that strengthens our culture, builds capability, and helps every colleague reach their potential. From learning needs analysis to designing and delivering bespoke programmes, you'll create practical, impactful solutions that make a real difference. You'll also take ownership of learning impact reporting, using data and insights to keep our development strategy focused and effective.

Colleagues across every part of Octavius — from senior leaders to site teams — building strong relationships and ensuring learning is accessible and meaningful. You'll be part of a dedicated, supportive Learning & Performance team that is passionate about creating opportunities for people to thrive. Your role will involve being present and visible across our UK offices and project sites, so you're always close to the people and challenges you're helping to support.

You're passionate about helping others succeed and confident working with stakeholders at all levels to shape solutions that really work.
You'll bring…
* Solid experience in Learning & Development, with a track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating training programmes.
* The ability to turn business priorities into effective learning initiatives that drive performance.
* Strong data analysis skills, including confident use of Excel to measure impact and report results.
* Experience supporting professional development pathways (e.g. RICS, ICE, CIOB).
* Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) and ideally MCIPD (or working towards).
* A positive, solution-focused mindset and a genuine passion for learning and development.
