* Creative to build a year‑round calendar of events that keeps customers coming back.
* Hands‑on experience with kitchen management and food in a retail environment.
* Knowledge of the local community and ability to create a safe, welcoming atmosphere where neighbours, friends & family feel at home.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Oversee daily operations of a newly refurbished, ready‑made pub.
* Build and execute a calendar of events to attract and retain the local community.
* Maintain high standards of food, drink, and hospitality.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and other regulations.
* Contribute to the growth of the pub concept and drive trade.
