We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (12 Month FTC) to join our international team. This is an opportunity to work with multinational clients, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow your career in a fast-scaling company.


Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of enterprise multinational and/or local accounts.
* Drive customer retention and satisfaction by ensuring excellent fundamentals.
* Lead customer meetings and respond to incoming requests.
* Coordinate ways of working for new global customers alongside Key Account Managers.
* Coordinate smaller technical projects, issues, and incidents.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to implement new content, resolve problems, and gather customer feedback.
* Support and mentor junior CSMs on shared accounts when needed.


What we’re looking for

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (B2B), e.g., Customer Success Manager or similar.
* Professional English language skills, written and spoken.
* Experience working at a SaaS company and/or in tech/HR benefits industries.
* Experience managing global and enterprise customers.
* University degree in technology or another relevant field.
* German, Dutch or French (optional).


Practical information

* Start: As soon as we find the right match.
* Extent: Full-time, 12 Month FTC.
* Location: UK, Amsterdam or Munich.
* Work model: Hybrid, or remote-first in the UK.
