Salary: £25,000, OTE £40,000‑£50,000 + Car Allowance £1,500
Hours: 5‑day week – Monday‑Thursday 8:30 am‑6 pm, Friday 8:30 am‑5 pm, Saturday 8:45‑5 pm (day off in the week)
Requirements: Full UK licence & car required
Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their market‑leading office in either Tadworth or Banstead. Supporting the clients through the buying and selling process while providing guidance and support with the utmost professionalism. The ideal candidate will be well presented, dynamic and target‑driven. You must be results‑focused, self‑motivated and able to provide exceptional customer service.

About the role
* Generating new business by contacting and forging relationships with potential buyers and sellers (prospecting).
* Meeting and greeting applicants and clients in the office.
* Appraising clients of viewing feedback in accordance with prescribed service standards.
* Reviewing property marketing every fortnight in line with the Office Manager and recommending price changes where relevant.
* Ensuring offers are financially evaluated, put forward and confirmed in writing.
* Canvassing.
* Contacting applicants by telephone, email and post to book viewings of properties and identify opportunities for potential instructions where relevant.
* Ensuring that all applicants initially registered by you are regularly followed up and a new call‑back date is set.
* At the end of each day, checking that all viewings are made and confirmed; if clients previously unavailable, contacting again.
* Accompanying potential buyers to view properties.
