The Role and Responsibilities
As an Asphalt Surfacing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day site activities and ensuring smooth delivery of surfacing operations.
* Supervising and leading asphalt surfacing teams on-site
* Planning and coordinating daily work schedules, plant, and materials
* Ensuring all works meet industry standards and project specifications
* Monitoring and enforcing health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times
