Blossoming Buddies are a new busy childcare setting based in Soham, providing home-based child care in a warm, cozy, stimulating setting. We follow the Hygge approach, encouraging children to explore and learn through play and imagination, appreciating our environment and bringing nature indoors.
We are looking to expand and have some exciting plans for development. The successful candidate will start an Early Years Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship with Eden Training. Candidates who want a career working within Early Years should apply.

Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

The apprenticeship will take place at the workplace and will be delivered on a hybrid approach, which includes face-to-face visits and monthly meetings with the skills coach.

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Company benefits
We will pay for your DBS and paediatric first aid. Once joining, you will also be enrolled into our Company pension scheme as well as asked to complete some professional online development training once fully qualified.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress onto a level 3 qualification.
Closing Date and Salary
The closing date for this job offer is on 24/10/2025. The salary is £11,778 for your first year, which could increase depending on your age.
