We are seeking to recruit a Premises Officer to provide support across our five schools, reporting directly to our Trust Estates Manager. All schools are within a three-mile radius, and the post holder will need suitable transport to fulfill this requirement.
We offer a unique opportunity for a motivated, proactive, and flexible Premises Officer to work under the direction of our Trust Estates Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the smooth running of our schools and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors. The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, with options for part-time work discussed with the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site/Facilities Officer.
* Knowledge of health & safety and good security practices.
* The ability to use their own initiative with a flexible and adaptable approach to managing school buildings and grounds.
* Passion and commitment to school improvement and strategic estate development.
* Experience in at least one craft trade (e.g., plumbing, carpentry).
* Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
