My client, a hugely successful estate agency across Crewe and Nantwich, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join their award-winning team.
The Role
You will manage properties from launch to sale, delivering a first-class experience for vendors and buyers. Key responsibilities include:
* Presenting and launching properties, managing enquiries, and conducting high-quality viewings
* Soliciting, promoting, and negotiating offers, checking chains and proof of funds
* Managing a portfolio of properties and providing regular vendor feedback
* Advising on price adjustments or concessions to support successful sales
* Keeping all parties informed with timely, accurate updates
* Using the CRM to generate additional valuation opportunities
* Maximising introductions to lettings, legal, and financial services
* Supporting colleagues to achieve branch and company objectives
* Acting as a professional ambassador, delivering high service standards
* Limited valuation opportunities available for suitably qualified candidates
