Description
* Advise charitable organisations on commercial property matters.
* Draft and negotiate leases, licences, and other property-related agreements.
* Handle property acquisitions, disposals, and lease renewals.
* Provide guidance on landlord and tenant disputes.
* Conduct due diligence and manage risk assessments for property transactions.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third-party professionals effectively.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
* Support the wider legal team in achieving department objectives.
Profile
* Qualified solicitor (or soon to qualify), with up to 5 years' PQE in commercial property
* Experience advising charities or not-for-profits is welcome but not essential
* Strong technical grounding in property law and a genuine interest in the sector
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
