About the Role Managing workshop operations and workflow across a busy setup Monitoring day-to-day health and safety within the workshop Liaising daily with the service department, sales team, and technical staff Managing workshop waste, chemicals, and specialist tooling Balancing priorities between showroom support and workshop leadership Ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to customers About You Previous Workshop Controller experience ideal, but not required Experience managing teams Technically hands-on and IT-savvy Excellent communication skills across departments Driven, detail-oriented, and confident working under pressure Comfortable overseeing workshop performance and team management Full UK driving licence required About the Company Excellent basic salary and bonus scheme Full manufacturer training provided Employee-focused company culture Internal promotion and career growth supported Excellent benefits package including pension, healthcare, and car leasing schemes
