You'll help them grow in confidence and independence while ensuring they feel safe, valued, and supported every step of the way.Working closely with teaching staff, you will assist in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum across both classroom and off-site settings. The role requires flexibility-supporting students 1:1 or working with small groups depending on need.
