🕗 Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* 🔹 Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Reactive Maintenance
* 🔹 Fault finding & troubleshooting
* 🔹 Conduct emergency light & fire alarm testing
* 🔹 Maintain plant rooms, pumps, and motors
* 🔹 Service air handling units & fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)
* 🔹 Carry out general plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets)
* 🔹 Maintain up-to-date maintenance logbooks
* 🔹 Handle client-facing responsibilities
What We're Looking For:
* ✔ Electrically qualified (City & Guilds or Apprenticeship)
* ✔ Hardworking & eager to learn
* ✔ Previous experience in commercial building maintenance (preferred)
* ✔ Strong communication & client-facing skills
* ✔ Ability to provide relevant trade certificates
