As a Functional Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping claimants navigate the claim process by conducting engaging consultations. Responsibilities
1. Conduct three comprehensive assessments per day evaluating clients' physical and mental health to assess their functional abilities.
2. Prepare detailed and accurate reports based on assessment findings, ensuring clarity and proper analysis.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop tailored care plans.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
5. Provide clear explanations to clients regarding the assessment process and outcomes.
6. Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Minimum Requirements
* Valid license to practice as an occupational therapist, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedic, or doctor.
* Full registration with the appropriate licensing body (HCPC, NMC, GMC).
* At least one year of post-registration experience.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* Valid driving license or access to reliable transport.
* Successful pass of government Baseline Personnel Security Standard vetting, including a DBS or Access NI check.
