Description
My client based in Ormskirk is looking for an individual with bookkeeping experience to join their growing team. You will become an integral part of the finance team, reporting to the Accounts Manager, and will undertake bookkeeping activities as well as general office administrative duties.
Experience within a lettings/property environment would be advantageous, but this isn't essential.
Responsibilities will include:
* Assist in reconciling incoming rent/data input
* Remit rental and residential invoices
* Reconcile incoming insurance recharges
* Assist in new recharges
* Handle insurance invoices
* Assist in reviewing, authorising, and verifying payments
This role will suit someone with solid bookkeeping experience, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and accurate, timely data entry.
