Join our team as an Associate Director and work on stretching and prestigious projects. Our presence in the East and South East of England is established and growing.

About the role

Progress your career within a vibrant and progressive consultancy. We are looking for an Associate Director to be based in Reading, Cambridge or Southampton working across varied projects, including residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. We have an outstanding reputation for providing the highest standards of service to high profile clients, including major land owners, respected property developers, multi-sector housebuilders and commercial and industrial developers. We are passionate about the places we help to shape.

As an Associate Director level you will:

* Make a significant contribution to major and complex projects or manage a portfolio of smaller projects;
* Actively seek, win and deliver profitable new work;
* Actively support the leadership team and make an effective contribution to the business unit;
* Be supported to develop and grow professionally;
* Be part of a dynamic, supportive and well established Planning team.

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:

* Highly-motivated and dedicated with the ability to think strategically and to work with our team to further develop our business.
* Someone who brings energy, ideas, and positivity
* Demonstrable experience of winning new work
* Strong relationships within your network of clients and contacts.
* A proven track record on advising on major and complex projects
* A team player who enjoys collaborating and takes pride in developing others
