We are looking to recruit a systems manager to help us finalise the implementation of both the Current Research Information System (CRIS) and the Worktribe funding management system, and to transition them into business-as-usual operations. The role holder will configure and implement key new modules, engage with stakeholders and end users, and develop and deliver training.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and implement new research systems and modules. Engage with stakeholders to ensure adoption of systems and processes. Develop and deliver training to end users. Provide high level customer service through a system helpdesk and support new users.
Key Requirements
* Experience of supporting and/or managing a Current Research Information System (CRIS) and/or a Costing and Funding management system
* Experience of implementing new research systems and processes
* Experience of providing a high level of customer service, e.g. running a system helpdesk and training new system users
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
