We are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work within a specialist provision supporting pupils who have experienced barriers to education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing classroom support
* Supporting behaviour plans
* Building trust with pupils
* Assisting with de-escalation strategies
* Supporting attendance and engagement
Hours:
* Monday to Wednesday: 8:30am – 3:45pm
* Thursday: 8:30am – 4:15pm
* Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
Requirements:
* Youth work, coaching, care or education experience desirable
* Calm and professional manner
* Full-time applicants only
* Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willing to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
