Jackson Hogg are delighted to be recruiting for a Head of Sales for our client, a fast-growing leading global supplier of power transmission components for a range of sectors.
Our client are looking for a Head of Sales to play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and shaping the future sales strategy of the business across core and emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
* Support the development and execution the company’s sales strategy
* Take increasing ownership of sales performance, targets, and forecasting
* Identify new market opportunities, sectors, and revenue streams
* Lead strategic account development and key customer engagement
Team Development & Management
* Assist in leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team
* Drive a high-performance sales culture with clear KPIs and accountability
Customer & Market Engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
* Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and exhibitions
* Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, and service) to deliver customer solutions
Key Requirements
Experience
* Proven track record in a senior sales or business development role (ideally within power transmission or mechanical engineering)
* Experience managing key accounts and delivering revenue growth
* Exposure to leading or mentoring sales teams
