About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's presence in the Italian market and driving sales growth.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, forging partnerships with key institutions, and cultivating relationships with financial decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead strategic sales initiatives to penetrate the Italian market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with influential institutions, including banks, credit unions, fintech giants, and payment processors
* Cultivate and nurture relationships with key financial decision-makers
* Navigate and overcome challenges in the sales process for our sophisticated financial platform
* Successfully negotiate and close significant contracts, fueling our continued growth
* Collaborate seamlessly with our EU-based sales team to achieve collective sales goals
Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the fintech industry
* A proven track record of securing large contracts, ideally in the seven-figure range
* Prior experience in selling to banks, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 institutions
* Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales processes and overcome challenges
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Fluency in Italian and English
