🎯 Available Roles
1️⃣ Senior Quantity Surveyor
💷 £55,000 – £70,000 + £5,750 car allowance
2️⃣ Quantity Surveyor
💷 £40,000 – £45,000 + £5,060 car allowance

What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Managing cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting for key work packages
🔹 Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts under NEC contracts
🔹 Overseeing subcontractor performance and payment applications
🔹 Supporting risk management and ensuring strong commercial governance
🔹 Providing sound commercial advice to project teams
🔹 Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
✔ Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying (or related field)
✔ Proven experience on large civil infrastructure projects
✔ Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
✔ Confident communicator with excellent analytical and negotiation skills
It’s a Bonus If You Have
⭐ Experience in nuclear or other highly regulated sectors
⭐ Knowledge of cost management software and digital reporting tools
⭐ Professional membership (e.g., RICS)
