<div><h3>Clinical Manager – Registered Childrens Nurse / Adult Nurse</h3><h3>What youll be working:</h3><ul><li>Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.30pm <b>(This role will include a weekend & on call rota)</b></li><li>Home based - <b>With travel across the designated region</b></li></ul><p>(Caernarfon, Flintshire, Mold, Denbighshire, Wrexham, Chester, Telford, Shrewsbury, Leicestershire)</p><p>Travelling expenses will be paid.</p><h3>What youll be doing:</h3><p>The Clinical Manager will have responsibility of completing competency based training to the Support Workers supporting clients with complex needs, working in conjunction with other team members.</p><ul><li>Delegation of approved clinical skills to Support Workers and Care Managers through training and assessment which will contribute to safe and effective service provision</li><li>Work with the Care Manager team within their designated region to ensure that delegation of skills requirements within the region are planned ahead</li><li>Evidence delegation of clinical skills to Support Workers / other team members in line with company policy</li><li>Conduct annual observations of Support Workers and Care Managers within the workplace</li><li>Clinical support for Trache, vents , Catheterization , epilepsy , blood glucose monitoring NIVS, nebs peg</li></ul><h3>What youll have:</h3><ul><li>A current NMC Pin registration <b>(Registered Childrens Nurse/ Adult Nurse)</b></li><li>A legal right to work in the U.K.</li><li>Full driving licence with your own vehicle</li><li>Up to date knowledge and experience in Trache, Vents, Catheterization, Epilepsy, Blood Glucose monitoring NIVS, Nebs Peg</li></ul><p>We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
