Location: Bicester (hybrid: 4 days on-site, 1 remote)
Salary: £35,000 – £42,000
About the Role
The Business and Marketing Analyst will place data and insight at the core of the organisation’s Marketing and Membership strategy.
This role involves tracking, analysing, and interpreting performance data across various marketing channels and organisational systems, with the aim of driving engagement, optimising campaigns, and supporting overall strategic growth. The analyst will collaborate across Marketing, Commercial, and Member Services teams to ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor and report on marketing performance across digital channels, email campaigns, websites, and social media—developing dashboards, KPIs, and insights for internal stakeholders.
2. Translate marketing and membership data into actionable insights that drive engagement, event attendance, and strategic growth.
3. Aggregate data from multiple internal systems (e.g., CRM, event registrations, finance, member services), synthesising and analysing it to inform strategy.
