About The Role

Office Administrator

We have an opportunity to hire an Office Administrator to join our vibrant Cardiff office. Located just a short walk from Cardiff Central Station, our office boasts excellent facilities in a central location.

The main objective of this role is to provide administrative support to the office and collaborate with the wider operations team to ensure consistent service across all offices.

While previous administration experience is advantageous, we are also open to candidates seeking their first office role who are eager to develop professionally.

This versatile role includes duties such as:

* Managing incoming post: distributing, scanning, and filing
* Handling outgoing post: preparing letters to clients
* Managing and ordering office supplies and equipment
* Overseeing the main office telephone line
* Greeting clients and staff
* Managing Meeting Room diaries
* Assisting with room setup, ordering lunches, and arranging refreshments
* Collaborating with the Group Operations Manager on Health and Safety and Office Standards
* Performing ad-hoc scanning or copying
* Providing telephone support and handling initial client queries in the solicitor’s absence
* Supporting line manager as needed

About You

* Previous experience in business administration is beneficial
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Approachable and highly organized
