This is a varied and hands-on role with exposure across purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations, and bill runs. Youll be a key part of the finance team, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth day-to-day operations. What Youll Do: Maintain accurate financial records across all finance functions Process purchase ledger and sales ledger transactions Complete bank reconciliations and support weekly and monthly bill runs Process payments including staff or customer payments, allowances, travel, or bonus payments as required Record and monitor attendance, absence, and leave information Support monthly financial reporting and claims Ensure data accuracy and compliance for internal and external reporting Work closely with finance, operations, and delivery teams to enhance accuracy, quality, and compliance What Were Looking For: Minimum 2 years experience in a finance or finance-administration role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional approach to handling confidential and sensitive information Awareness of GDPR and data protection standards Desirable: A relevant finance qualification or willingness to work toward one Experience within telecommunications, technology, or a fast-paced commercial environment Knowledge of billing cycles, customer payment processes, or subscription-based services For more information on this opportunity, or to take the next step in your career, contact Garry Thomson at HireIQ in complete confidence.
