And now we're providing Starling to other banks, via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) proposition through our subsidiary Engine, using the proprietary technology platform that it uses to power our own bank.
The Role:
We are looking for a HRIS Analyst to join our People team. You will support the business with the implementation, embedding and ongoing road map of activities for Workday – in the main, HCM, Payroll, Absence, Performance, Benefits, Advanced Compensation and integrations.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Experience in translating HR and Payroll processes into technical requirements for Workday, configuring requirements in Workday
* Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of Workday system changes and upgrades including the bi-annual Workday releases
* Ability to interpret business problems into system solutions, ensuring system functionality is reflective of business and people policies
* Comfortable and confident in working with large volumes of personal and sensitive data
* Workday reporting experience, Reporting, Metrics, Analysis, or similar
* Help identify process effectiveness and efficiency opportunities
* Provide support to other functions for HR systems/platforms, which could include Human Capital Management, Onboarding, Performance, etc.
* Support on ensuring that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems
* Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB's.
* Ensuring the system is intuitive for employees and managers
* Documenting system processes and access, and ensuring this is maintained accurately
Requirements
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communicator and team player with a problem-solving mindset.
* The ability to work with autonomy.
* Workday configuration experience
* Knowledge of Workday reporting, integrations, and data analysis tools
* Knowledge of excel and EIBs
