Role Purpose
The Commercial Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and commercial teams by managing customer account setup, coordinating product launches, and providing administrative and reporting support to directors. This role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
Account Creation & Management
* Set up new customer accounts within internal systems accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain and update existing account information to ensure records are current and correct.
Product Setup Communication
* Communicate product setup details and timelines to customers clearly and professionally.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product launches are accurate and on time.
New Line Forms
* Create and manage New Line Forms in Excel.
* Ensure all product information is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
Administrative Support for Directors
* Provide day-to-day administrative support for directors, including scheduling, file management, and document organisation.
* Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up actions as required.
Reporting & Ad Hoc Analysis
* Prepare regular reports and ad hoc analysis to support the sales team and management.
* Assist in sales data analysis, identifying trends and tracking performance metrics.
Customer Communication & Support
* Handle general customer queries and support requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
* Act as a liaison between sales teams and customers to maintain smooth communication.
Data Entry & Maintenance
* Update OTM systems with customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.
* Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all records.
Sales Documentation Support
* Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and sales packs.
* Support the tender or quotation process by compiling accurate documentation.
Internal Coordination
* Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to support sales objectives.
* Coordinate product availability, pricing, and promotional information.
Key Skills & Competencies

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a sales support, commercial coordination, or administrative role desirable.
* Background in customer account management or product setup advantageous.
* Experience in producing reports and handling data in Excel preferred.

Pay: £18,315.00-£26,500.00 per year
