1. Provide legal counsel and support for private equity transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and fund formations.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Draft and negotiate complex agreements and contracts.
4. Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
5. Manage and oversee due diligence processes for transactions.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and legal developments in private equity and professional services.
7. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business development initiatives.
8. Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth.
