We are currently partnering with a dynamic organisation undergoing a commercial and procurement team restructure, and we're seeking an experienced Commercial PMO Lead to provide strategic and operational support during this pivotal transition.
Key Responsibilities:
As Commercial PMO Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and supporting the department's transformation. Your responsibilities will include:
* Establishing structures and processes to manage the Director's Office effectively
* Supporting the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and implementing robust departmental reporting frameworks
* Providing wrap-around support to the Director, in close coordination with their PA
* Drafting reports, preparing presentations, and briefing materials
* Managing council business processes including papers and clearances
* Leading the intranet presence for the service
* Driving internal stakeholder engagement
* Implementing governance models and best practices
* Supporting business planning activities
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in PMO leadership within commercial or procurement environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
* Experience in governance, reporting, and strategic planning
