Office-based position in Sloane Square, Chelsea Bridge
Working pattern: 5 days in the office 10 to 2pm each day
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a respected private medical practice, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. Working closely with a small, dedicated team, you will help ensure the smooth running of daily operations in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. No medical experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Answering phones and managing patient expectations
Monitoring and responding to emails
Booking outpatient and theatre appointments
Clerking patient files and arranging investigations
Taking card payments and handling account queries
Maintaining accurate records and updating schedules The ideal candidate will bring previous administrative experience in a busy office, along with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be confident using email and phone systems professionally, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and comfortable working independently while supporting a wider team.
