About this RoleAre you a Service Controller, Service Coordinator or someone with contact centre or service centre experience looking for a new challenge within the EMC sector. As a Service Controller based in Brighouse, you will play a key role in coordinating workshop, mobile engineer and third-party repair activity to ensure maintenance and breakdown services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.You will be the main point of contact for customers and internal teams, helping to keep communication clear, accurate and timely across all service activity. Coordinate daily workshop, mobile and third-party repair activity across a busy EMC service operation Act as first point of contact for inbound and outbound service calls and customer updates Schedule, track and support maintenance, inspection and breakdown work based on operational needs Maintain accurate service records and keep maintenance systems updated in real time Monitor job progress and escalate any delays, risks or additional requirements where needed About YouYou are organised, calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast paced service or contact centre environment. You enjoy speaking with customers, solving problems and keeping things moving behind the scenes.You bring a positive approach to administration and communication and are confident working across multiple priorities.
