Job Title: Customer Success / Service Delivery Associate

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting both new and existing clients across the full service lifecycle—from onboarding through to service reviews and renewals. Responsibilities
* Support Customer Success Managers with onboarding, service reviews, and client communications
* Help manage service issues, document incidents, and escalate concerns appropriately
* Prepare client reports and assist in producing renewal documentation
* Track service delivery against SLAs/KPIs and flag deviations
* Maintain internal documentation and contribute to service improvement projects
Skills / Must Have
* 1–2 years in a customer-facing or service support role (tech or managed services preferred)
* Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple priorities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Word
* Detail-oriented and solution-focused with the ability to work independently
* Experience in structured service environments or following formal processes
* Collaborative team environment with a strong support system
