The Payload:
* Solid Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 basic per year (depending on experience).
* High Earning Potential: Up to £6,000 in performance bonuses (Up to £41,000 OTE).

What You Will Be Doing:
* Leveling Up: Moving past basic servicing into complex mechanical repairs and engine work.

* Modern Maintenance: Working on a massive variety of modern vehicles and cutting-edge EV platforms.
* Shadowing the Pros: Learning directly from senior mentors to fast-track your technical status.
What We Need From You:
* Qualifications: Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Repair.
* Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in a workshop environment.
* Drive: A "can-do" attitude and a genuine hunger to learn the high-tech stuff.
* A full UK driving licence.
