Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a strategic mindset and strong leadership abilities. This role involves managing social media campaigns, optimising digital engagement strategies, and coordinating a high-performing sales team to ensure smooth execution of lead generation and conversion efforts. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative social media marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand visibility on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms .
Create, manage, and analyze content performance, ad campaigns, and audience growth strategies to optimize customer acquisition.
Coordinate and oversee a small sales team, providing leadership, motivation, and training to improve outreach efforts and maximize lead conversion.
Build and maintain effective communication between social media marketing and the sales team to ensure streamlined customer journeys.
Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, assess trends, and refine marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
Engage directly with potential customers via social media, fostering relationships and improving customer experience.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and healthcare marketing to drive innovative strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a D2C, healthcare, or digital marketing environment.
Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and audience engagement strategies .
Experience managing and coordinating a small sales team, with excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media analytics tools, CRM systems, and sales automation software .
A results-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize strategies accordingly.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive performance.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills, thriving in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
