Role Responsibilities
Planning and delivering engaging, well structured lessons
Creating a positive, inclusive, and well managed classroom environment

Delivering targeted support to raise attainment
Working collaboratively with year group and phase teams
Building strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Requirements
QTS and experience teaching within a primary setting
Strong curriculum knowledge
Effective classroom and behaviour management
Clear communication skills
Commitment to supporting pupil development and whole school aims
