Role Details
Position: Partnerships Sales Manager
Location: Bournemouth / Hybrid
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + benefits
Reporting To: Head of Sales and Business Development
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 9am - 5pm, with some flexibility
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement partnership strategies
* Create and deliver training programs for Travel Consultants on partnership lifecycle
* Support onboarding and relationship management with partners
* Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to attract and support partners
* Ensure partners understand and promote our travel offerings effectively
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in partnership sales and account management
* Knowledge of marketing techniques and creating impactful training materials
* Strong communication, data analysis, and strategic planning skills
* Experience in contract negotiations and partnership agreements
