The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the strategic leadership and formulation of innovative policies and approaches for service delivery, while supporting staff and tenants through transitions. To cultivate collaborative partnerships that meet statutory obligations and enhance resident outcomes in housing. Ensuring robust governance and strict adherence to statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements, alongside proactive risk management and compliance processes.
