We are looking to recruit, on a full-time permanent basis, an ambitious and forward-thinking practitioner to join our team from September 2026. Thorpe Lea is a small and caring Primary School with happy, engaged pupils who are eager to learn.
The successful candidate should:
1. Have experience teaching in a primary school setting
2. Be an excellent teacher with high expectations for all children
3. Be inspirational and creative with the skills to make learning challenging and fun
4. Be dedicated to raising achievement, attainment and aspirations
5. Have effective and efficient organisational skills with a good work life balance
6. Be able to work as part of a team but also be self-motivated to work independently
