We’re hiring on behalf of a financial services business that’s scaling its internal engineering capabilities and looking for an experienced OutSystems Developer to help drive its success.
This is a permanent role offering flexible working, with only one day per month in the Birmingham office required for remote-based candidates, and one day per week for those located within commuting distance.
💼 The Role
This position is ideal for a hands‑on developer with 5+ years of working with OutSystems.
You’ll be:
* Working with development teams and setting high standards for quality, design, and best practices
* Collaborating with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to deliver robust technical solutions
* Coaching and mentoring junior engineers, ensuring consistency across teams
* Actively participating in Agile ceremonies and promoting a continuous improvement mindset
* Driving the technical roadmap and ensuring scalable, maintainable architecture
