Role: Teaching Assistant Salary: £22,996 - £25,068 per annum (plus £1,000 referral bonus) Location: Kidderminster Hours: 40 hours per week We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Kidderminster. In this role, you will assist with classroom delivery, provide targeted support to students with Special Educational Needs, including SEMH and complex needs, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Key Requirements: GCSE Maths and English (Level 2/C or above) - essential Experience working within an educational setting Knowledge of safeguarding principles and child protection procedures Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, complex needs, and challenging behaviour A child-centred approach and commitment to inclusive practice Working towards a Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools (or equivalent) - desirable Positive, creative approach to meeting individual pupil needs Full clean driving licence Personal Attributes: Patient, caring, and resilient Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Valid enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
