Overview
The PAL Hire Marketing department is focused on helping the business achieve its commercial goals, through helping the sales team win work with new and existing customers in line with strategic objectives. This is done by enabling an engaged and informed workforce and developing best-in-class, customer-centric marketing campaigns.
Reporting to an experienced Marketing Manager with a clear strategic direction, the person in this role will have a massive impact within the company and a high degree of autonomy.
The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for providing counsel and advice on all matters relating to communication, acting as the voice of the customer across all touchpoints, as well as delivering marketing campaigns to have real commercial impact.
A passion for experimentation and questioning the norm are important qualities for the successful applicant, as is a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Whilst the marketing strategy is in place, there are several workstreams and initiatives for the successful candidate to make their own, under the direction and leadership of the Marketing Manager.
Role responsibilities
Campaign planning and execution
Development and delivery of marketing campaigns in line with strategic objectives:
* Campaign planning
* Content development for use across all channels, taking an integrated approach at all times
* Email campaign delivery and optimisation
* Paid social media
* PPC
Website maintenance
* Including liaison with our retained SEO agency
Internal communications
Data gathering and recording for use in management reporting
* From sources such as Google Analytics, email and SMS communications, paid social media, PPC, CRM systems and internal communication activity
Cross-functional communications support and advice to colleagues
Supplier and agency liaison and management
