Site Engineering Project Manager

We are currently recruiting a Site Engineering Project Manager who will be responsible for identifying, leading and supporting site projects.
Who are we looking for?
· Experience of working within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
· Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
· Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of equipment and systems of a similar operation.
· Excellent teamwork and motivational skills with leadership qualities.
· Ability to prioritise work to suit business needs.
· Ability to support the business outside working hours, if required, by answering emails, phone calls, and responding to calls to site if urgent.
· Experience in interpreting data to provide status reports on team activities against plan.
Responsibilities
· Support the Maintenance Department Teams and people in conforming to SHE legislation, policies, and standards.
· Ensure all external contractors abide to SHE legislation, policies, and standards.
· Ensure all projects are run under CDM regulations.
· Take a pro-active approach to the reduction of accidents, risks, and hazards in the factory to create a safe working environment.
· Deliver site projects assisting the Group Project Manager with ongoing and future Capex projects.
· Provide cross functional support to other areas: e.g. Safety, Quality, Food Safety, Environment, and associated projects.
· Engage with projects at an early stage to ensure reliability and maintainability is considered in the design phase and is supported with full spares availability.
· Effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders to foster an inclusive culture to support the structure and best practices of the BBF maintenance strategy.
· Support systems and processes for preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime to deliver improved asset availability and performance.
· Support the maintenance teams to reach their full potential enabling them to use their knowledge and skills to drive performance.
· Develop self to ensure the necessary knowledge and skills to match current and future requirements.
· Proactively ensure that all projects and works are conducted in full compliance with SHE policies, FS, permits and procedures.
· Deliver against CAPEX project budgets.
