We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals who are capable of working in a multi-disciplinary context to deliver positive outcomes for young people, families, adults and communities.
As a Youth, Family and Community Learning Worker you will work alongside colleagues to develop and deliver a diverse range of social and personal development opportunities to improve life chances and achieve positive outcomes for individuals and communities in a variety of settings including communities, YFCL establishments and schools.
You will participate in building and sustaining effective and appropriate partnerships to ensure effective service delivery within a local area or project.
