Location : Addlestone, hybrid working so must be commutable.
Contract Length: 6 months with scope to extend
Daily Rate : 300 : 388 (PAYE or Umbrella)

What Youll Do:
As our Communications Manager, you will:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies that foster engagement and collaboration. Create compelling content that resonates with our employees, from newsletters to intranet updates. Champion our brand identity, ensuring that our messaging is consistent and impactful across all channels. Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and share key updates, celebrating achievements along the way. Organise and facilitate internal events that promote a positive workplace culture. Monitor and evaluate communication initiatives, refining strategies based on feedback and analytics.
What Were Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience in internal communications and branding, in a corporate or pharma setting. Experience in external communications, in a corporate or pharma setting. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
